THE EFFECT OF APPLYING INQUIRY LEARNING MODEL BY USING TALKING STICK TO STUDENTS ACHIEVEMENT ON ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILL.PDF
OBJECTIVE
Investigate the effect of applying Inquiry Learning Model by Using Talking Stick to Students' Achievement on English Speaking Skill.
METHOD
Conducted at SMP, with a total of 48 students in two classes
Divided into Experimental Class (23 students) and Control Class (25 students).
Collected data through a speaking test and analyzed using the t-test formula.
RESULTS
t-obserbved (4.85) was greater than t-table (4.08) with a significant level of 0.05 and a degree of freedom (df) of 46.
The hypothesis was accepted, indicating that using the Talking Stick technique significantly improved students' achievement in speaking
